No. RoundRaise doesn't match founders with investors or make introductions. It's a cap table, data room and SEIS/EIS advance assurance platform, so when you've found your investors, your ownership is modelled, your advance assurance is in hand, and your data room is ready to share.
Anything you'd add, remove, change or ask about on your cap table or data room. Add someone to the option pool, issue shares, record a transfer, or ask what a round does to your ownership. In the data room, create share links, email an investor their link, or move documents into folders. Attach the supporting documents and the agent does the rest.
Early-stage UK startups preparing for or running a round, especially SEIS and EIS raises. Round modelling works for companies anywhere, but SEIS/EIS advance assurance is UK-only, since those are UK tax schemes.
SEIS/EIS
Yes. Advance assurance is included in the £70-a-month Standard plan, with no add-on fee.
You do. RoundRaise pre-fills the advance assurance pack from your cap table; you review it and submit it to HMRC.
Drafting takes around 15 minutes on average, because the pack is pre-filled from the cap table you already keep on RoundRaise. HMRC's response time is separate and varies.
Pricing
Clarity is free and covers the data room. Standard is £70 a month and includes everything: cap table, agent, round scenarios, SEIS/EIS advance assurance, data rooms and CS01/SH01 filings. There's no volume-based pricing and no percentage of your round.
Yes. Standard is billed monthly and your plan runs to the end of your current billing period. No lock-in, no cancellation penalty.
Import your existing cap table directly, with no manual re-entry. Standard also includes white-glove onboarding, so we'll help you check everything has come across correctly.
Data and security
Yes. RoundRaise is built to comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and your data is hosted on UK infrastructure. You can delete your account in one action.
Only the people you share it with. Each investor gets their own link, which you can protect with an NDA, set to expire, watermark and revoke at any time, and you can see who opened what.
